A list of participants must be constituted by the organizers on the basis of the information recorded in the entries.
We insist that the names recorded in the registration form should be scrupulously identical to those on the passport.
No unregistered person will be able to obtain Visa for the Conference.
The organizers of the conference can not be held responsible for any rejections of visa applications or requests for regularization on the spot if the requested procedure has not been followed.
Accompanying persons will have to apply for a tourist visa on their own.
